Alex Kozma is a UK-based martial artist who has spent his life in pursuit of the truths behind martial arts theory, both in the physical and philosophical realms. After relocating to England from his childhood home in Africa, he began practicing martial arts for self defense but soon found a way of life that would take him around the globe as he sought to continually perfect his art. Today he teaches in the UK as well as writing books, publishing a journal and making films on martial arts and related disciplines.
